Route Sales Driver (delivery) – Immediate opening

Belmar Spring Water is an established 90+-year-old company, bottling and distributing water and coffee to residential and commercial clients. We have an immediate need to hire a route sales driver to assume a territory covering parts of Bergen and Passaic counties. The route sales driver is responsible for delivering products to our customers, and providing service to customer accounts as needed. A requirement of the job is the ability to lift and carry products that weigh more than 40 pounds.

The ideal candidate should be personable, conscientious, hard working and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Compensation is base salary plus commission. Bonus pay can be earned for acquiring new accounts. Expected compensation is between $35k – $45k.

Requirements

-Fluent English with strong interpersonal communication skills.

-No CDL required

-Safe driving record, proved by a copy of DMV drivers abstracts.

-No DOT physical card needed

-Good time management skills, while meeting sales goals and customer satisfaction during the business day. (You will be tasked with managing your own time and schedule while meeting sales goals and customer satisfaction).
